When I first discovered Cinchshare, I fell in love. I’m a busy mama and a scheduling tool was exactly what I needed to streamline my direct sales business.

Let’s begin with the basics… Cinchshare allows you to batch your work and schedule your Facebook party posts within events, groups and pages ahead of time. This is amazing for a few reasons:

  1. Consistency. We know how important it is to be consistent when making pre-party posts and creating a community in our VIP groups. You’ll never get so busy that you forget to make that important post by using a scheduling tool.
  2. Smoother Parties. If you’re running a Facebook party and have a ton of distractions (ahem, kids), using a scheduling tool allows you to focus on engaging with your guests. No copy & pasting needed during a busy party!
  3. Efficiency. You can batch your work and get it all done in one sitting rather than having to hop on your computer each day and dig up that graphic and what you want to say about it.

Another feature of Cinchshare that I just adore is the integration with Canva! And you know I love me some Canva!

And with Cinchshare you can literally design AND schedule your content all in one place. Easy-Peasy! And, speaking for all of us, I think we need more of that. There’s a button that’s right inside of your Cinchshare account that enables you to open your Canva account, design, and then post.

Beyond that — Cinchshare allows you to repurpose and share content using folders with your team and direct sales friends! This is a great way to help a new consultant get started! Of course, it’s always best for them to put it in their own words, but they’ll have a fantastic starting point.

Okay, the list goes onnnnn… When I first started using Cinchshare, it was all about streamlining Facebook parties. But, let’s be real. That was back in the day. Social media has grown and building an online presence across platforms is the way to go! One HUGE enhancement that Cinchshare has provided is that they connect in with Facebook (groups, pages and stories!) + Instagram (stories and posts) + Twitter + LinkedIn. This is HUGE!

Repeat after me: It is OKAY to repurpose content. Post it in a Facebook party, then share it a week later on Instagram. Post it on your Facebook Business page, repurpose the content for your next Instagram story. This is a great way to leverage all the great content you create. Most of your followers are only seeing a post here and there. It’s perfectly fine to re-use, recycle and re-purpose content!

Go ahead and try Cinchshare today!

PS: They also have a great training community that I pop into here and there called Cinch Club!

In case you’re on the fence, here’s a quick reference overview of what you get with Cinchshare!

  CINCHSHARE
Pricing 30-day free trial. In order to continue using Cinchshare after 30 days, it’s $10 per month (or $100 for a full year).
Templates Cinchshare allows you to share a collection of posts through folders (think of much like a Dropbox). CinchShare offers over 30 Pre-Designed Facebook Theme Party Bundles that provide a visual skeleton of games, intros, and more, however users are encouraged to use their own words and make the “templates” their own. You can also import posts shared to you through a Shared Folder. These bundles and templates are not scheduled or timed based on an event start date.
Post Library A library is available to re-use past posts. This creates a “bank” of your posts (image + text) that can easily be scheduled into future events, groups and pages. In fact, Cinchshare provides you with a huge library of engagement posts to get you started!
Other Features Integrates with Canva, Bathc Posting to any social platform, shared folders for you and your team. You can schedule to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn.

Can you use both Cinchshare and Vizzlie for posting in the same group?

Yes you can. As long as you have them both approved in your settings.

Hello! I am trying to find an appropriate program for posting. I have usually about 2-3 parties, 2 live events, plus regular customers at the moment. I am homeschooling and have a sick little girl and mother with lots of Drs appointments! I am trying to find a way to balance everything! Cinchshare is kind of sounding like the option for me, but I am not sure because I feel all the jargon is over my head! Lol I run a party through and event or a group, but I also have a page. When I create and event or group, I run a party from 1-2 weeks with 2-4 posts a day, which I would like to schedule, and sometimes a random one or two posts here and there. I also have a team that I would like to be able to share content with. Can you tell me if this is what Cinchshare allows? It sounds to me like it does, but I didn’t see anything about events.

Hey Bobbie! Great question! And YES!! Cinchshare will definitely allow you to do this type of party in a group. Currently no 3rd party company can post in an event of any kind- but if you are partying other ways, Cinchshare will work. I know the jargon can take a bit to get used to, I recommend watching their tutorial videos and even joining their FB group for other tips and tricks! Good Luck!

I am just seeing this and researching. What are the differences between cinchshare and vizzlie. I am trying to see which one would be the better choice. thanks!

Hi Michelle! I’ve flipped flopped between the two over the years. Cinchshare is my current fave! They have great training, leadership and community. The biggest benefit is that you can post your content across multiple platforms using one tool. I use it to post to Instagram (posts & stories), Facebook (posts & stories, groups and pages) and LinkedIn all from one dashboard which allows easier repurposing. Vizzlie is just Facebook last time I checked. You can still share party scripts and posts with your team in a shared folder through Cinchshare (similar to a vizzlie code) which works beautifully. For the value you get, Cinchshare is my pick! 🙂

I’m new to online nail bars and am ready to setup Vizzlie. I love how you just set up your time slots but will I still be able to post within the scheduled time slots? Also, i would assume i am to download and use my facebook login or should I create a new account?

Thanks in advance for answering my questions.

Hi Jen! How exciting! Yes, you can manually post in addition to your scheduled posts in Vizzlie. 🙂 Yes, I would use your personal facebook login, as well. Hope that helps! Good luck!

Hey Becky 😃 I’m Jennifer and I am a color Street Nail stylist. I came across the Vizzlie app and have one concern with it that I’m hoping you might be able to help me with.

I scheduled an entire party with approximately 50 posts. I then created a mock party through Facebook for my up line Kaity and I to watch (as my demo to make sure it ran smooth before purchasing a monthly subscription) everything uploaded correctly which was Awesome!!! However, when the posts dropped, neither one of us was sent the traditional notification when posts drop.

Is there a way to fix this? I’m worried if I start a party with 15+ people they will never see when a new post has dropped and won’t interact with games and ask questions on the material being presented to them.

Any help would be greatly appreciated thank you for your time and I hope you and your family are doing well during this uncertain time and situation we’re all in right now.

Hi Jennifer! Hmmm… that’s odd you didn’t receive any notifications. Did you have the “notifications on” in your group settings? Were you running the party within a FB Group? Also, I think 50 posts is A LOT. I’m surprised you didn’t get any notifications, but if there’s that many posts within a party with ZERO engagement, that basically tells FB that there’s nothing exciting to notify people about. You get notifications and see posts in your feed based on how you interact with them. I bet if you have 15 people actively engaged and commenting and participating, notifications will begin showing up for them because FB is essentially notifying you and showing you what it thinks you want to see based on your previous interactions on the platform. Does that make sense? Just a quick thought on what might be going on!

So, does Vizzlie help keep you out of FB jail? I’m using Cinchshare right now and have been in FB jail 5 times this past week. I stagger my posts so they don’t hit all at once and I set up groups under my business page like FB requires. It’s difficult to run a direct marketing business that require online parties when you go to jail so many times in a week

Oh no! Sorry to hear you’ve been in Facebook Jail. That’s no fun and can be challenging in your business. You could try Vizzlie, but it is likely if you’re being flagged for your posts using Cinchshare, it will also happen in Vizzlie. Make sure you’re customizing your posts and spreading them out, as much as you can. Good luck!!

Hi! I just LOVE this website! You are phenomenal providing all this info! I’m curious what you are doing now that Facebook has blocked all 3rd party apps from posting to a private event? Are you manually posting or using Vizzlie still but doing parties in a group?

Schedule comments on your posts as a business page.~~Does this mean you can only schedule comments in a business page, not a group or personal page. Correct?

    Reply
    • Becky

Yes, that is correct. You can only schedule posts via Vizzlie to your business page.

So comments cannot be added to a group (being used for a party, vip space, team space). But only to a post created on your business page?

Do you know if we can add to a template that is already actively scheduled??

    Reply
    • Becky

Hi there! Hmmm… I am not sure about that. You may need to add individual posts through the event you’re tracking. I think it only imports the template at the beginning of the process — not in real-time.

Yes! You absolutely can track an event, add a template, let the template run, add a new template at any time, etc. I add/overlap templates all the time. It’s essential to how I run some training events where I need to make sure certain prerequisites are met from the first template, before I advance the guests to the next slew of information.

Oops, I think I realize you were wondering if changes to your template would be reflected to the events that you previously imported the template to. The answer is no. By importing you are making a copy of your template. It is now its own entity. You will not harm your template by changing the event’s copy/images/timing/etc. If you -want- permanent changes to your template AND your event (like a typo, rewording, new graphics, etc), you can either 1) update the template only and re-import it to your event (deleting any old duplications), 2) meticulously update both the event posts and the template posts, or 3) update just the event and export it as a new template.

I have grown to love Vizzlie too! I am so thankful for this tool! I have done plenty of parties live in that moment by copying and pasting, but this is so much easier! And I don’t have to worry about whether the kids go to sleep like they should or not, and I can just engage with the party guests!
