My Word of the Year: Synergy
Let’s talk synergy. This year, I’m all about collaboration, connection, and creating magic by working together. Whether it’s supporting our Academy members, teaming up with corporate partners, or finding new ways to serve, synergy is my guiding star. And trust me, it’s a game-changer.

Big Goals for a Big Year
So, what are our amazing direct sales leaders focusing on in 2025? Let me give you a sneak peek:

  • Going Digital: Email marketing, blogging, and automation are the buzzwords of the year. Leaders are moving beyond social media to build stronger, lasting relationships with their customers. Tools like Project Broadcast and custom websites are the MVPs.
