CinchShare to the rescue! CinchShare is a one of my recommended trusted resources! For a long time, I held off in investing in a party-posting service, but I finally gave in. I was forgetting to post my pre-party posts in a timely manner, rushing through parties copying and pasting, and the consistency of my follow-up posts was embarrassing! For just $9.99 a month (or less if I had chosen the annual plan), I am able to schedule out all of my party posts. This takes me about 15 minutes total and then I can focus on commenting and chatting with guests before, during and after the party. Ive used CinchShare for a couple of parties, and I love the fact that I can schedule the posts and focus on interacting with the hostess and guests. I’m going to try Vizzlie next!

My team leader recommended Vizzlie when I joined. I used it for my 2nd launch party and I am in the pre-party stage with two other parties with it and so far I like it. I’d be curious to know if you are familiar with Vizzlie and if so are there any features that you know of that CinchShare has that Vizzlie does not?
I just started checking out Vizzlie. I think it’s pretty similar except on Vizzlie I know you can share template codes and there’s a team collaboration functionality that I’m excited to explore.

Wow I have never heard of this but this is seriously an awesome tool! I will definitely do the free trial once i start getting parties booked. Im sure for first time set up there is a lot more work to do. It looks a little scary but once you get it figured out this could definitely be a huge time saver! and i know i will have questions once i set it up lol.
